Over the years, I’ve supported adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma through counselling and support groups in the UK and USA.
In that time, I’ve seen how symptom-focused approaches can leave people feeling misunderstood, disconnected, and powerless.

At Third Path Therapy, I wanted to offer something different: a space to listen inward, and find your own path forward- where change is nurtured, not forced.

Here, you set the pace and focus of sessions, whether that means exploring your experiences, questioning old narratives, or simply taking time to be with yourself.
Sessions are collaborative, shaped around your priorities, and help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and embrace your potential.
My Approach

Third Path Therapy was created in response to the idea that there are only two ways forward: 'right or wrong,' 'coping or failing,' or 'functional or broken.'

In reality, human experience is far more nuanced, and meaningful change often happens outside these binaries.

The “Third Path” represents that space in between, where you’re not pushed in any one direction, but supported to explore your own way forward.

It’s a place where personal growth and discovery can thrive, as new possibilities emerge beyond the limits of 'either-or' thinking.

Here, you can reclaim your life and shape your future- on your own terms.
Why Third Path Therapy?

My aim is to offer more than a space to talk.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self, without fear of judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are.
Whatever you’re feeling, no matter how painful, confusing, or overwhelming, you are welcome here, and your experiences deserve to be heard.

At its heart, Third Path Therapy is about providing a space where honesty, curiosity, and compassion can exist side by side.

Here, you can feel truly connected with another human being, and explore the path forward that feels right for you.
